This material offers many advantages: high strength, wear resistance, lightness, corrosion and aging resistance, good thermal conductivity, and rigidity (does not bend easily). The edges are smooth and the surfaces are free of scratches, making them a very popular choice for metal business cards.

Business Card Dimensions:

We offer packs of 50 to 300 blank metal business cards for sublimation, a sufficient quantity to meet your daily needs. They are available in thicknesses of 0.21, 0.22, or 0.45 mm and measure 86 x 54 mm (3.4 x 2.1 inches), the size of a credit card; they are therefore compact and easy to carry.

Double-Sided Sublimation:

These blank aluminum cards feature a white sublimation coating on both sides, ready for direct printing. Their smooth and flat surface ensures even distribution of sublimation ink and optimal print results. The recommended temperature for sublimation is 180 to 200 °C (340 to 390 °F) for 30 to 60 seconds, depending on the equipment used.

Creative Customization (DIY):

These double-sided blank cards are specially designed for sublimation transfer printing and allow you to create business cards in various styles. You can engrave patterns, write text, or stick stickers to customize your cards. (Note: As the temperature is very high during use, remember to wear heat-resistant gloves.)
